Location: Nakuru
Position: Sales Team Leader – Digital Marketing & Software Solutions

DG Media is looking for a confident, results-driven, and highly motivated Sales Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead our sales team, drive business growth, and help us sell our digital marketing and software solutions to businesses across Kenya.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Sell digital marketing services, websites, branding, SEO, social media management, Google Ads, and software systems
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
  • Track leads, follow-ups, proposals, and closed deals
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management
  • Train and guide sales representatives on how to approach clients and close deals
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and follow up until closure
  • Support the company in achieving monthly revenue targets

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Communication, IT, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales
  • Experience in digital marketing, software, IT, advertising, or service-based sales is an added advantage
  • Previous experience leading or supervising a sales team is preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Good understanding of social media, websites, SEO, and software solutions
  • Must be confident, organized, and self-driven
  • Ability to use WhatsApp, email, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools
  • Good reporting and follow-up skills
